Clay is a common material which consists of many combinations of one or more clay minerals with metal oxides and organic matter. Clay is an important building material. Kaolin clay can be used in mechanical and chemical industry as well.

Our customer from Asia needs to process clay to 200Mesh. Our customer chose European Tech. Grinding Mill (MTW138) for his project, and our engineers made a complete clay production line for him.

Clay Processing Line:

Configured Equipment: Vibrating feeder + Impact crusher + vibrating screen+ MTW138 European Tech. Grinding Mill

For large clay, we suggested Impact Crusher to get suitable size to meet the grinding mill’s feeding size. After crushing, we installed clay grinding machine according to the final particle size requirement. Then our customer uses vibrating screen to separate the final clay products.
