Limestone is a kind of the common rock in nature world. It’s calcareous sedimentary rock which composed of calcite (CaCO3) Its product can be used as a building material, aggregate for the base of roads, white pigment, chemical feedstock and so on.

Our customer needs to crush large amount of limestone for cement making.

Limestone Production Line:

Critical Equipment: Vibrating feeder + Impact crusher + vibrating screen+ Micro Powder Mill

In order to meet the feeding size of Micro powder mill, large limestone raw material should be crushed first. We recommended Impact Crusher. The crushed limestone will be sent by belt conveyer, then to vibrating screen and becoming final products or to grinding mill to fine grind. Limestone of sufficient quality or size for current demand is stocked on-site for cement making.
