Case Background:

Limestone is one kind of common rock in nature world. It’s calcareous sedimentary rock which composed of calcite (CaCO3).Its product can be used as a building material, aggregate for the base of roads, white pigment, chemical feedstock and so on.

Our customer from Vladivostok, Russia needs to crush large amount of limestone for concrete structure. He required the final products to be 0-100mm. Our engineers recommended impact crushers with other crushing and screening plants for his project and made a complete limestone production line for him.

Configured Equipment:  Vibrating Feeder + Jaw Crusher + Impact Crusher + Vibrating Screen

First step, we recommend Jaw Crusher for the raw limestone material. Large raw materials should be fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. Then the material will be transferred to Impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed aggregate materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to our customer's requirement.
