The main compositions of concrete are aggregate, cement, water. Concrete is usually used in making architectural structures, block walls, pavements, foundations, roads base, highways, etc.

Coarse and fine aggregates are the main composition of a concrete mixture. Sand, natural gravel and crushed stone are used mainly as aggregates.

Our customer from North America  needs to process aggregates for concrete batching. The final products are 5-20mm. Our engineers recommended jaw crusher and Mobile cone crusher for his project, and made a complete production line for him.

Aggregates Production Line:

Configured Equipment: Vibrating Feeder + Jaw Crusher + Mobile Cone Crusher + Vibrating Screen

Large raw materials should be fed into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. Then the material will be transferred to mobile cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing. The crushed aggregate materials will be transferred to vibrating screen for separating. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to our customer’s requirement.

Mobile Cone Crusher:

Mobile Cone Crusher is another kind of mobile crushing unit, mainly to satisfy different requirement of final products. Cone crusher replaces impact crusher to produce much harder and fine stone or sand products.
